On the morning of check-in we will text you the door code and the gate code that allows you to get into the private Yachtsman Condominiums complex.

The Yachtsman Condominiums communal pool is open from the last week of June until Labor Day.

Yes, it includes bed linens and quilts. The cleaning fee includes the washing of the bed linens and quilts.

Yes, it's stocked with bath and pool towels. Guests are responsible for washing, drying, and folding towels before check-out

Yes, it includes four beach chairs and one umbrella.

No, pets are not allowed in the townhouses.

Yes, 46 by the Sea has ducted central AC vented throughout the unit and one mini split wall-mounted unit dedicated to the second floor bedroom.

Yes, the username and password are listed on the router near the TV. We have 300 mbps internet Xfinity service, sufficient for video conferencing.
