At Getaways by the Sea you can choose one of two similar but unique family-friendly townhouses on a private beach, with a communal heated pool, and private roof-decks located in the waterfront Yachtsman Condominiums at 500 Ocean St., Hyannis, Cape Cod. You can stay either at 43 by the Sea or 46 by the Sea for an exciting getaway from everyday life!

The two townhouses are approximately 15 yards across from each other, which is perfect for accommodating multi-family vacations on the Cape. They're also ideally situated near Main St. shops and within walking distance from the Hy-Line Cruises and iconic restaurants, such as the Black Cat Tavern and Spanky's Clam Shack. 

About Hyannis

Hyannis is one of six villages within the Town of Barnstable. 43 by the Sea and 46 by the Sea are located on Ocean Street in Hyannis within walking distance to Hy-Line Cruises and Main Street where you'll find over 120 shops and over 40 restaurants. 

Besides several beaches, in Hyannis you'll find art, culture, and entertainment attractions. For example, Cape Cod Melody Tent is one of the oldest continuously-operating tent theaters-in-the-round in the US. It's a summer, open-air theatre that hosts national artists and comedians on a revolving stage. The Wackenhammer's Clockwork Arcade STEAMuseum and Carousel offers family-friendly entertainment all summer long. The JFK Hyannis Museum is a multimedia exhibit designed to open a window on the days JFK spent on Cape Cod.
